Efie is the Akan word for home.

Finding a place to live in Africa still depends on who you know. Listings hide behind WhatsApp groups and roadside signs. Prices shift depending on who is asking. Tenants pay deposits with no receipts. Buyers close deals on land with no clear title.

That is what we are changing. Verified listings. Transparent prices. Payments held in a protected account.

What we are building

A place where tenants find verified properties and pay securely. Where owners list without paying 15-20% to an agent. Where the price you see is the price you negotiate from.

We are starting in West Africa and expanding across the continent. The platform will support multiple languages, currencies, and local payment methods from day one.
